compattibillity between a indramat driver and step&dir software

    Hi there guys,

in between lurking round i've come up with a question of my own.

I've been offered a very nice looking driver for my servo's.Now as being the perfect n00b i aint able to tell if this drive can be controlled by step&dir like mach and a "normal"pc.

    thx for listening(reading?).

The manual should tell you, your going to need it anyway in order to implement the drives, If I can't find a manual by search, I contact the manuf. support and often they send out something in PDF.
In this case it would be Bosch/Rexroth/Indramat.

    hmm...

just no one in here that wants to be responsible for me electrocuting meself ?
Cause i can't imagine no one knows.

I was hoping a ready to go driver could save a n00b like me from electrocution way better then a self bake&glue project.

And that should be the complete manual but i can't be dure since i D/Led.

    THX anyway.
