I am trying to build the ShumaTech Tach add on, but I am having difficulties. Between the black and white I am not getting a voltage variance that I need. Black I am getting 2.82v and white I am getting 2.78v and it should be >3.5v and < 1.5v. Any help would be great. Link fo rinfomation on add on http://www.shumatech.com/dro-350/add-ons.htm
