| Because of my miswiring between the Xylotex stepper controllers and the steppers, my stepper controllers have died. I have stripped everything out and am starting over. I think my steppers are OK but I need someone to give me a professional opinion. If I measure across both coils on each stepper I get aproximately the same reading on all steppers, for each coil. I didn't find any shorts between coils, nor between any coil and the case. Is there any further test I could perform before I call them good and connect them to the new stepper drivers? | I doubt you damaged your motors. But, how did you miswire that damaged your controller board?
