Colombo Spindle wiring

Hi there...So I just wired up a Colombo 7hp spindle that I thought I had working properly until I went to cut a 1/2" piece of plywood which stalled the spindle and snapped by bit. I thought I had everything running right, had the VFD at 300 giving me what I thought was 18,000 rpm. I am kind of stumped. I am anything, but an electronics guru, but I had it wired in Y as opposed to Delta. I have now put it back to Delta, which is giving me nothing. Unfortunately in my haste to get it running I took off 3 jumper wires that I thought I didn't need. I kind of remember where they went, but not 100% sure. Anyways I was wondering if anyone had some input on the proper way to wire this or if I had it wired correctly and maybe I didn't have a setting correct in my VFD. I have attached a pic of the connections in Delta, even though I ran it in Y and a pic on the cap with the Delta and Y configurations. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.

Precision Drive Systems in North Carolina was so helpful in getting me straightened out. Thanks again Doug!
