?? How to drive the Stepper Motor

Had some guys use the A3997-a allegromicro's IC.
I can'nt drive my motors. and the schematics go by the datasheet.
I doubt my circuit is out of work. but what's the work one?
help me!

I think you are using the Allegro A3979.

I feel so sorry .I got a terrible mistake. it's A3992.
