Just made my breakoutboard

Ive just finished drawing my breakout board.
If anyone wonna give it a comment you can see it on the link below.

What are all those resistors for? You need to pull the signal up. Series resistors drop the voltage. Also, I would use opto isolators on key signal lines.

ya, but you wont have much of a drop on a 100 ohm resistor.
Is pullup really nessacery on the lines ? Not many ive seen on the web has it.

Fido, why a switching power supply? Will the 5V be sourced to something else that requires it? I ask because if you don't need much current you'll do better with a wall-wart and a linear 5V regulator, as switchers will add unncessary noise.

Here is my homemade optoisolated breakout board...
