DIY CNC Controlers

I'v been looking at making my own motor controllers but have been advised from the guys over at www.mycncuk.com and www.rockcliffmachine.com that this can be tricky if your new to it, dose anyone have some links to a DIY site that i can get some more information from about doing this ? I have seen a site but never book marked the url and now i cant find it ?

You can use a 6 wire stepper motor in Unipolar or Bipolar configuration, so you can use any controller you want. Read the tutorials on the site.

brought my stepper drives from them and using them on a bridgeport stepper motors no prob
