Does anyone have a divider circuit for driving an LED off the Step/Dir signal but at slower frequency; say for every 10 / 100 / 1000 steps, LED flashes once. I saw a product like this on one of the sites, but it was wired to connect to their boards. Thanks in advance! Eric  |

I found this IC at Digikey... Texas Instruments CD74HC4059M96. The datasheet can be found at: http://focus.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cd74hc4059.pdf. This a programmable divide-by... They use the term "jam input". Can someone tell me what this means? |
