| I would guess some sort of high/low 5V line driver or input = output encoder/recoder. Is that thing mounted on a heatsink a 5V regulator? It might also have been used to convert TTL level stuff to relay level stuff or limilar. The LEDs are probebly there for troubleshooting. I have no idea. Just guessing here. |
