Hey Y'all, I've been doing some digging around for devices that can get the count rate up higher than Mach's 40kHz-ish output. So far, I've found Grex and NCpod. Are their any others? I've read all the threads I could find on both those devices, but does anyone have recommendations regarding either of those two? Sounds like support and functionality is still a little choppy for both. (PLEASE!! my intent here is NOT to start a Ford/Chevy type debate!!) I'm not sure the NCpod will be fast enough for me anyway, as it looks like I need just over 500kHz to reach my top speeds (not that I *really* need top speed - 800 ipm, but since clock rate is the only thing in the way....) Also I'd like a "healthy" number of inputs/outputs (another mark towards Grex), so that's another requirement. Again, I've done quite a bit of searching on my own, but I just want to make sure that I haven't missed any other potential products out there... Thanks! ciao lino |

| I am researching EMC with either a mesa electronics 5i20 card or pluto card, both FPGA based IO cards, I have heard of pulse rates in the MHz but cannot find figures to back this up, still looking (when I get the time) Russell. |
