I purchased a 4XCNC15B controller card from dtllc.com that requires a filtered 5vdc to operate the board. It is a 4 axis controller with connections for limit switches and other relay's. It is capable of handling up to 15amps per axis. I have also acquired 3 KL23H295-43-8B unipolar steppers to work with this controller which itself is unipolar by design. The manufacturer includes a schematic to use PC power supplies to run each motor. Whilst this may be fine for NEMA 23 motors, I'm using NEMA 34 motors. What I need help in the worst way with is: what do I need in the way of transformer, capacitor, rectifier and resistors to provide 48v for the drivers, 5v for the controller itself and 12v to run fans and limit switches and an E-Stop relay. The steppers in question need 3.01v, 3.3a, 0.7ohms and provide 906 oz. in. After I can figure out these requirements out I can then find someone local to assemble it.

| I've been using the power supply editorial at campbelldesigns.com, thats where I am at the moment in my design. I think I've found a transformer at Triac.com, now I need the capacitor, bridge rectifier and the resistors and cables.
