I'm nicking a simple stepper motor driver diagram and I'm modifying it a bit, but I have a problem buying one part here in the Netherlands, the MTP2955 mosfet. Now I did find the STP12PF06, which on the face of it looks pretty similar. I'm just comparing specs, I don't understand them...) Please advise if this is indeed a good replacement for the MTP2955, or what else is. Thanks, Hugo    |
