thanks for the link Kreutz. it is informative. it just did not go far enough. it did not say much about the driver. the only way they sell are combo packs , motor & driver. i am looking to run a 5 phase & need to know what kind of driver to lok for & where to find it. i already have a motor & want to be able to use it. thanks greg

They sell them in combos, you need a 5 phase drive in order to drive your 5 phase motor, try looking for your motor's characteristics (at the manufacturer's website), in order to find the right drive.
