| You will need a BOB or parallel port breakout board. This connects to the computer and the drivers. You need to choose what program to run the machine with. Turbo CNC, Mach, EMC2, etc. You will also need a powersupply for the steppers. 24VDC to 36VDC will provide plenty of push for the motors. Rate the amperage based on the current draw per phase of your steppers. Also, go to the Oriental Motors site and lookup your motors. Download the PDF for the motors and read what the specs are. http://www.orientalmotor.com/product...tors/index.htm You will also be able to find alot of info on this site. Many people here are very happy to help and point you in the right direction. RipperSoftware. |
