| I am using your using USB-I2cIO Rev: B3 Its 20 Bit I/O board connected to PC with USB (Using Cypress AN2131QC micro-controller) I am using this chip to interface OLD Turret Punch Press Machine V22NC The Problem occurs when three phase turret motor on (or some time off) for selecting tool (Either by My Chip or by manually) USB Chip’s controller restarts. Amazingly either nothing connect with chip give me same problem. I already try/Install following. It’s better but still facing same problem 1. Isolate Transformer 2. Proper Ground 3. Stabilizer 4. Take control (PC + USB CHIP + Driving chip etc) system away from machine. 5. Disconnect Driver chip (No Circuit connect with USB chip). Now we are tired to solve this problem. Now we are going to install AC noise filter. Please tell us Any Solution, tip or guideline to solve this problem? |
