Two new licenses intended to foster collaborative hardware development projects are open to public review at http://www.tapr.org/OHL until March 7th, 2007. The idea is to enable the same kind of open and collaborative relationships among hardware developers that the GPL and related open source licenses enables among software developers. If that sounds interesting, have a look and provide feedback during the comment period.  |
