Any information on digital potmeter X9C103S 14-pin SMD

Pls help, I need any information - note or only pin description about X9C103S in SMD 14-pin package (XICOR). This IC's not produced since 2000.

I ask Intersil but they dont have any information or datasheets.
This IC's was produced by Xicor before year 2000.

I found datasheets dated 1994,1995 with no mention of a 14 pin unit.
I also found some references to a 14 ssop version but no datasheet or hard proof.

Do you need replacement part? if so you might be able to reverse engineer the existing layout and mount an adapter board with the 8 pin version on it

It will be nice known only pin description. I have ~30 pcs of this potentiometers for my electronic hobby projects. They have 100 steps (like 100%) maybe will good for easy controlling microsteps in stepper drivers or in voltage regulator with LM317 (examples of use, app note http://www.intersil.com/data/an/AN1145.pdf).

AD5231 - 1024 positions and not obsolete - cost ~$5

Sometimes it's not worth desiging in an obsolete part unless it has a direct replacement (leaded vs ROHS parts).
