diode cross reference

I managed to damage some of the diodes in my VFD. I have so far been unable to find a replacement part. Any ideas???

They are in a SOC123F surface mount package (I think anyway), and the top mark is H6C.

These diodes are accross the legs of IGBTs (I'd assume for protection). I looked on the IGBT data sheet, but there really wasn't a lot of detail (if it helps, the part number of the IGBT is IRGIB15B60K1P).

Any help would be appreciated.

Could the package be an SOD123F?

What terminals does it connect to (G-E, CE)?

Oops, typo. Yes, it's a SOD123F.

Looking more closely, I just realized that it is not actually accross the legs. It goes from G to ground (along with what looks like a voltage divider.).
