Does Anyone Know Anything About This 24v Power Supply?

I ORDERED THIS AND THEY ARE GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GETTING THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

It look's pretty straight forward as far as I can make out in the AD. What exactly are you looking? for as it seems to include the pinout of connectors etc.

the output is clearly marked and i have no problem with that.
it is the input that i am not understanding.

it has a 3 pin flat white plug on the end and a black wire coming out with a flat connector on it.

above the connector is the following in order

PE N L
3 2 1


I may be able to get a pic tomorrow while i am at work.

The plug is probabally PE= (Earth)Gnd N=Neutral (110vN) L=Live(110vac). If you use an Ohmeter on the PE to the case, to confirm that is in fact the case ground. The only other problem is to get the right mating plug for the socket, If it is not already supplied,and not the common computer type 120v input socket,then I would guess it is the type of common connector made by ITW and others called a Mascon connector, you would have to identify as to what pitch the pins are spaced, this you could do when you take delivery. They are available from most electronic suppliers Digi-Key et. al.
We will know more if you get the picture of the connector.

HERE IS A PIC OF THE INPUT SIDE.
THE PE TURNED OUT TO BE THE GROUND AS DID THE BLACK WIRE.

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP. I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HOOK IT UP WITHOUT IT.

Hi, I guessed wrond on the connector, it looks as though it is an Amp/Tyco Universal Mate-n-lockII, If its a plug you need (male pins) it looks like the part number is 1-480700-0, but try and get that catalogue and confirm it, also unfortunately they sell the pins separately, A good source of components by mail is Newark or Digi-key, both will send you a catalogue.
