cheap MOSFETS? What was that thread?

I was just looking for a thread with links to inexpensive MOSFETS which I want to look at for an H-Bridge.

The ones I am looking at now, the HRF3205 are over $2.00 each, and I thought I saw some here that were around $1.00

Someone had pictures of them posted...

Found a good source for small stepper driver transformers! $3 25v 2a transformers.

What kind of specs are you looking for? logic level, N, or P channel, voltage, current.....
