Emergency stop motion error, thats the alarm. Here is what's going on-- have a hurco kmb1 w/bx controller, with the parajust, 5hp spindle motor, and 5hp rotary converter. 230 volts is from wire to wire. Now I can jog all the axis, start spindle, everything. When I do them together in jog or program I get the alarm. I also am getting 230v at the acc contactor, which I am gathering I only need 80voltss or so. 1st thing how can I get the vots down at the acc contactor. I only get alarm when spindle is running I also get 230 volts at acc contacor with spindle running. ANY help would be great... Thanks |

| When we first hooked up our Mazak, we had a similar problem, and it came down to the conductors being to small. we had approximately 80' run from the splitter to the machine and we had 6 ga. wire. The machine wouldn't run because of voltage drop. When we switched to 3 ga. the problem went away. Same thing on our tig welder. |

| Did you get this solved? You are supposed to have 230V at the ACC contactor, it is only after the contactor that the power is routed to the transformer to be dropped. I would start by doing a recalibration of all 3 axis by going to the "operate" mode and pushing the "table zero" and let the x&y axis recal; then push the "Tool Cal" button to recal the z axis. You should go back to data block zero and recheck your "part zero" position after doing the table recal. |
