HF Varible Speed Drive

Hello everyone,
I have a HF Mini Mill(X2), picked it up off of e-bay. As expected it was DOA. I am currently going through the Variable Speed Drive electronics, using the info from the LittleMachineShop.com . Everything tests out as expected except the MOSFETs
Pins Red on lower Black on lower
1-3 49.5K 49.5K
1-2 124.4K Infinity
2-3 Infinity 60.6K

Should be
Pins Red on lower Black on lower
1-3 50K 50K
1-2 Infinity Infinity
2-3 Infinity 120K

My questions are:
Since the resistance between any two pins is not 0 ohms, do the different readings indicate that the MOSFET has failed or that another component has failed?

If the MOSFET has failed what would be a good replacement?

Readings don't necessarily mean anything. A good bet is to replace the fets and perhaps the diodes. Replace with the same part numbers or equivalent. I believe little machine shop carries them.
