Because I had 5 control systems to put togethor and I hate to paint, I decided to make some enclosures out of stainless. Danosb wanted a filter so we added a filter rack on the bottom. The filter size is 16x20 and is big but it is a standard size. Everything is stainless but the front and back which is still aluminum. I also enlarged the power supply area so it can now handle 5 Geckos. They are still knock down with a false bottom for mounting componets. The ones we build from now on will come with the heat sink and heat sink fans. The filter rack will screw to the bottom of the existing steel enclosures also. I am working on a wall/pole mount enclosure with a double pivet arm to hold a monitor, keyboard, and control buttons. Here are some pictures and I will add some pictures as the controls are added. the white on them is a protective film that comes on the stainless and aluminum |
