hp encoder

would anyone know the pin out for a hp QESD-7148 encoder? It has three wires coming out. two stripped wires and a solid black, both the stripped wires are connected to the black with capacitors.

I hate to see an unanswered thread maybe some one could even suggest a place to start looking.

While googling “hp QESD-7148 encoder” I got no results but try searching for “hp QEDS-7148 encoder”. This got some results but I did not take the time to check them out.
