yet another question... if i buy a transformer rated with a higher va rating and only use one secondary that is the voltage i need due i get half the amp. my 3 stepper motors will be 46-57vdc (20-25 x v) = 32-40ac and amp 5.5ea ((5.5*3=16.5)/67%)=11amp. if i get a 700 va rated 39+39vac and (39vac x 21.8amp parallel) would i be wrong assuming that using just one secondary will put me at (39vac x 10.8a) thanks |
