If it's a standard 3ph induction motor, the only option on the motor itself is to make sure the taps are set for 220v instead of 440v, but rewiring is not an option. You have to make sure the servo's are single phase input, 120 or 240.
I have picked up VFD's on ebay cheap, and you get the added advantage of variable spindle control, What kind of spindle control do you have at present?
