I have experience with the Mitsubishi CNC installation, but not with the stand-alone controller, but it seems that like the CNC system, you tell the control what motor you are using and it sets the specs accordingly, It looks like you are trying to hook up motors that exceed the current rating of the controller?

    I Al.
yes i like to put a motor a litle big that contoller but the mecanical power i need is no more that controller support. I think in the initialization the encoder tells to controller the power of motor coupled. and the controller enter in error mode "A16"(motor not math whit controller).
i need to intercept this handshake or any other trick to put them togeter.
