i am now going to make my servo

here is saudi arabia no more suppliers for motor & drivers

so i try to make my servo motor from:

1- drill motor ac 220 v: i made some inside change in wiring so its now very good dc (50 v - 3 A) motor

2- h-bridge mosfet driver + pwm generator i made by my self

3- connecting to pc lpt interface for control direction & speed

4- i get the encoder feed back 50 cpt from encoder i made also

5- pid simulator ( software) calculate error signal & give the output via lpt port to control the cheap servo

fainaly : its working now as:

1- the motor with gear coming perfect 1 turn/ minute 4000 cpt
2- pwm clock as 7000 hz . not more enouph put workong ok
3- & the main thing is..... no any company control me >>>

& for the cost : is
1- motor about 20$ and gear about 20$
2- hardware not more than 30$
3- free charge home made encoder


that means all servo system no more than 100 $ any way
