AF-300 mini VFD

Hey all,

I just bought a comet milling machine with cnc capabilities and i have a AF-300 mini VFD controlling the spindle speed. I have no idea how to use this thing and set the data required just to get this thing moving. Here are some pictures of what i have and if anyone could take a look and maybe give me some basic parameters to work with (or just tell me what matters and what needs to be set) Or if you could point me to a website that gives a better understanding.... i hate reading manuals haha. My powersupply is 230v single phase.
