1997 Bridgeport CNC Explorer 1 Mold Makers Mill DX32-is what all the literature I have says. Basically everything we do is one offs, alot of running and changing a program from the computer to the mill using the floppy drive. Once in a while It (The Mill) wont read the floppy drive. Over time it has gotton worse and worse, now it wont at all. How do I fix this? New floppy drive? (Could I steal one from a junk computer?) or even a CD? or I also read about "remote load" but what and how?!? the book doesent say to much at all. Also, I doubt I'm in the right section of the fourm here, best guess; hope you guys can help and if not direct me to someone! Thanks! and Happy New Year!  |
