Need help with CNC Gildemeister CTX 400E (year 1994), the main spindle motor is making a horrible noise, so we change the 3 main bearings inside the motor, but we still getting the same noise special when the spindle runs in slow speed 300, I think it’s the main spindle drive model number (Siemens 6SC6608-0AA01), can anyone tell me what that problem and how I can solve it, and what exactly wrong with the main spindle drive (I tested the motor in a different machine runs good without no noise)  |

| The noise you are hearing is electrical noise, not mechanical. Most likely there is a problem with one of the IGBT transistors (open) or its low level switching circuit, either way you need the drive serviced. Al.
