| Elaborate a little?? If you mean the 120vac then a switch in the live or hot lead will work? Al.

| Here's what it looks like. I want to make a little coil gun and this looked handy. If I could turn off one side of it id make some sort of use for it. but maybe i could use it to spin the round? dunno yet. |

| Looks like a small standard induction motor, the stator appear to have the two sets of windings, so normally there would be a capacitor for the run/start winding, I doubt if it is shaded pole? Is there a cap located anywhere? Al.
