My mistake. Just about everything else, though. This is from the G202 manual: The G202 is protected against short-circuits across the motor windings, from one motor winding to another and from winding to ground. The G202 is also protected against misswired or miss-phased motors. This commonly occurs when a motor’s windings are incorrectly wired for a series or parallel winding configuration. The G202 is not protected against shortcircuits from a winding to the positive power supply terminal.
There is no protection against reversed power supply polarity, power supply voltages greater than 80VDC or exceeding the
drive’s rated maximum temperature limit. It is also recommended not to connect or disconnect a motor while the G202 is powered up. The POWER indicator LED shows whether the drive has power applied. When a short-circuit condition is encountered, the G202 goes into protective shutdown by turning off the winding outputs. The G202 outputs stay in protective shutdown until the power supply is turned off and discharged, then turned on again. Should this happen, please check the motor wiring and the cable going to the motor for errors. |
