I was wondering why i need to use two limit switches per axis correct me if i am wrong but couldn't you have a switch travel with the axis and trip at both ends of travel?  |

| You can set it up the way you indicate or you can have the switch fixed and moving stops on the axis. A lot depends on how much room you have and where you can put them. I know of no absolute requirement for placement as long as they work!
