Here are the specs off my servo motor. Im trying to find a driver to drive this dc servo. Can anyone give me some insight in what all this means. Nmax 2000 rpm ...................... Vmax 176 Volts Cn 5,5 Nm ............. In 6,5 A ............ Ke 0,85 Vsec/rad Cp 30 Nm ............ Ip 35,5 A.............. Kt 0,85 Nm/A IM B5............ IP 54 20 volt/1000.............. IMAX 0,200 A Any help would be appreciated to decipher this motor. Thank-you in advance |

| If requiring max. rpm, you will need a power supply of 176volts+min10%. To operate at a constant torque of 5.5Nm will require a supply capable of 6.5A. The Max current/torque before motor damage is 35.5amps at 30Nm, which ideally should not be seen and limited by the drive. The 20v/1000 I assume is a tach, which is not now generally used with modern torque mode drives. The mode of control, step/dir or analogue etc, will determine the type of drive you use, I believe Largen Viper drives fall into this range. With a Tach, I assume this is a DC brushed motor? Al.
