Hi guys, I am in the process of converting over a Bridgeport clone over to CNC. So far we are going to try to use the old AMP cards that were already in there and working with both our companies (Galil and GlenTech). Other than that we are working on wiring everything up and ran into a little problem. In particular to Galil (DCM-21x3) users, how did you wire stuff up from the motion card to the other devices? 37 pin and (4) 15 pin connectors. I am thinking of using a bunch of these CDL4U TERMINAL BLOCK 10-22AWG 35A DOUBLE LEVEL - Seagate Controls Systems, Inc. I am curious what you guys did for your machines. Did you guys have 37-to-37 pin cable to breakout? I am close to this out. |
