I've purchased two separate CNC4PC C11G breakout boards. Both of these boards have malfunctioned after about 12 to 18 months of operation. The first to go on both boards was the mechanical relay. It was definitely not overloaded. Eventually the solid state relay quit as well. Now I have several dead output pins on each board. I'm going to need to get another breakout board (or boards) to replace these and I was wanting some recommendations on good breakout boards. The ones I currently have, the C11G's, are parallel port breakout boards that also have a 0 to 10 VDC output signal to control a variable freq drive for the spindle. I would be looking for a board that has similar features such as the analog output signal for the VFD and also some relays that can be triggered by certain pins. Thanks! |
