I have an opportunity to purchase a Sorensen Power supplies Stm 24-21. I haven't found any useful info for it. I'm not looking to power a cnc with this as I'm assuming it is a test/experiment unit. I don't really need it, but if the price is right. Would anyone who knows anything about this unit be willing to clue me in, perhaps a link to a manual? What is the "market value" or reasonable price for this? Thanks in advance for the help. Randy,

| Looks like they are either give aways for $10-50 or high priced such as the $3k mentioned by Al. Apparently the first # is the voltage, the second # the rated amps so STM 24-21 would be 24VDC at upto 21 amps. One site listed them under 'obsolete power supplies'. Appears to have been a high $ supply when new, probably with a lot of analog and simple digital circuitry inside. |

| sch, Haven't had a chance to check in recently. I've been busy plowing every other day lately. Who ordered ALL this snow we've been getting? Thanks for the info. The old addage is true... I learned something new today. I'll have to see how little the guy is willing to take for it. Again, thanks for the lesson. Randy,
