    Unhappy Need Help Bad

I am building my first cnc router from one of the plans on this site with my own modifications but I am lost at the electronic side. The machine will be about a 24"x24" table what size steppers will I need. And I have a computer but I am having a hard time figuring out what I need between the steppers and the computer. I would like somthing reliable but fairley simple to put together can someone please help me before I loose interest in this project.
I think I am going to use gecko drives for my system but what else do I need. Also how do I hook home switches up to this thing once it is completed. If someone could help I would be greatful.

    Thank you

Why not just get a kit from HobbyCNC.com, the 200oz motors should work fine for you on a 24"x24". Mine is 24"x45"

I used a Xylotex board with the 269 oz-in stepper motors.

I made some mistakes hooking it up, but its pretty easy after you do it once.
I now have three systems and they run flawlessly.

I too use a Xylotex and automationdirect.com 276 steppers. very good setup, cheap to build PSU only a bit performance limiting.
