monitoring incoming voltage

Anyone know of a device for monitoring incoming (line) voltage? (i.e. supply voltage to the house) I've got a UPS (uninterupted power supply) but here in Spain the voltage has at times been dropping from 220VAC (single phase) down as low as 140VAC which spells destruction for electrical items. So far (prior to getting the UPS) I've burnt out two TFT screens and so I'd like to buy a reasonably priced device that monitors the incoming voltage over a period of time, say one week. I Googled it and it seems that the only devices on the market are for measuring the electrical load on a circuit whereas I'd like to know the incoming supply voltage. This product won't fix my problems but it will at least let me know what's happening and when.
Who said there was nothing left to invent!
ps just to add to waking up this morning with no electricity after the voltage went low and therefore the circuit breaker tripped, we (everyone in my area) have no water either.

JM, thanks for the fast reply. That is exactly what I'm looking for. It's more expensive than I would have imagined BUT if that's the price I guess I don't have any other option. It seems that when doing an internet search, success or failure is determined by the terms of the search. My original searches were for supply/line/..... voltage monitor/s/ing and produced little result. The product above is described as a Voltage Exception Logger which also produced not much but when I shortened it to Voltage Logger I got plenty of results.
