Now, I understand that most normal CNC require 34 size stepper motor. But at this time I want to use this stepper motor to make a small CNC machine yet. So I have found this circuit to drive this small stepper motor. Now I have 24V, 1.7 Amp power supply adopter and +5VDC logic supply from computer power supply. Now I want to ask that is it a good power supply to connect with this ULN2003 circuit? If not, then which is batter power supply? Last edited by same79; 12-01-2010 at 12:12 PM. |

| That is a very small motor. Almost any Unipolar driver would work. The Linistepper, for example, would be fine if you need microstepping. Otherwise, just 4 TIP122 drivers with some logic to sequence the steps is probably the cheapest. |
