GIDDINGS & LEWIS c800 cnc control

Looking for a good cnc service forum regardng G&L 800 CNC were the I/O control multiplex is a mistery to me and i could not find any data on the machine literature that came with it. The actual I/O devices solenoids / contactors and relays are being fed by SSR cards ( tow outputs on each card ) . Those are being controlled by the CNC I/O Logic card 502-02734-50 and some sort of a multiplex system .
In short : there are two banks of those SSR cards . One seems to work ok but the other bank gives problems like operating the SSR without the I/O logic card telling it to do so. Replacing the SSR card did not help- they are working OK in other locations.
So: can anybody shed some light on this for me?

Thanks

Dovi

its been a while but there should be eight periods labeled a-h
for outputs there are two diode brds if those diodes short or 24a-24h
are not present on scope all is lost

find 24a-h disconnect and check with scope should be one square pulse 24vdc
walk channnels 1 and 2 timing on pulses should line up on scope pos edge b should start
neg edge a etc
