got a problem with the tb6560 the y axie is not moveing it just a buzzing sound. ill give all info here on what i got and what happend please don't mind my spelling not the best ![]() im a noob at cnc but not in robotic's or computers so i got some insite what happend was i had all 3 axie's working befor i hocked thim up to the cnc table. i needed a coppler for the y axle so i turned off y into i got it. so i been playing with the cnc learning how to run it with out y axie into yesterday. wen't to hock it up and all i get is buzzing sound's out the motor. won't torn. i thot i might have fryed the motor so i hocked it up to the x axle port on the board and it ran fine. so that rual's out the wire problem or the motor problem. i looked at setup in mach 3 and everything was fine. i even reinstalled the program. now i did go into the motor tunner and got it to torn. but there is no power to move nothing i could hold the motor in place allmost like the system or the board is not throwing the right voltage to the motor. im new to this and i have no ideal about mach 3 i stell can't figer out how to tell mach 3 what size my table is ? grrrr never ran a cnc befor im a cgi artest so im new to this i am runing 3 axis TB6560 ebay ![]() Microkinetics 23M80 83 oz. stepper motor NR POWER IS 24V 1.5A { home made cnc table } have link to it if needed the pin layout is step pin dir pin x 1 7 y 8 3 z 5 4 had to look online for 2 day's to find the right pin layouts the one that came with it did not have the right layout i am going to try and run a nothere computer on this after i post this to make shere i did not blow out the plt port the othere problem is semple just not for me. im new how do i tell the mach3 what size my table is ? im lost lol the layout is Axis Details: X Axis travel: 14" Drive: Toothed Timing Belt Speed: 60" min Acceleration: 1" per second2 Resolution: 1/2000" Pulses Per inch: 2001 Y Axis Travel: 10" Drive: Toothed Timing Belt Speed: 60" min Acceleration: 1" per second2 Resolution: 1/2000" Pulses Per inch: 2001 Z Axis (up down) Travel: 4" Drive: Threaded Rod Acceleration: .2" per second2 Speed: 12" min by the way one thing i forgot to say is i have no estop or relay switch. i am looking for the digram's on how to run this now. i do have thim here. i can't figier out the order in witch i have to hock up. don't look to hard. ill do that now allso. wonder if that can be way i can't find the table size ? 3 wire hock up but i only see 1 port so im guessing one of thim is a ground to the power box
