Can anyone help me please in getting spindle speed from the spindle encoder into Mach3. and also How do I get 'Grey code' from my 8 position toolpost into mach 3. Grateful thanks to those who have posted the M6 macro's. I will use the CNC4PC breakout board. Do I need modbus ???? The encoder fitted to the lathe chuck spindle is a Den733 60PPR.(British Encoder Product Company) This has been superceded by their 725 series which is a drop in replacement. The data sheet is attached. Thanks in anticipation. George Last edited by George; 10-07-2010 at 06:14 AM. Reason: Better explanation |
