Hi there, I'm new to the group but am reading with interest.. I have a problem where I have a KTK Mentor Drive (6M4Q7.5) on a EMI-MEC Microsprint 26 (I know its old, ;-)) and it is coming up with a '121 twice max current limit' fault. I have had the Maudsley DC motor stripped and cleaned and has been given a clean bill of health. The Drive has also been stripped and the Thyristors 'seem' to be OK, ( only checked with low voltage to see if they are switching/latching etc). Would anyone know what else could be wrong with the drive, or would anyone have manuals or schematics for it. I would appreciate any help with this, as I would like this machine up and running again. Thanks.. Last edited by tinkerer67; 10-04-2010 at 11:30 AM. Reason: some more information. |
