I've started wiring all my electronics, but i've got some question's.

1). What Size Fuse should i use between the CAP & the Gecko's?
2). What Voltage rating for the 470uF CAP's?
3). What Size Resistor for the "Current Set" on the Gecko's for each axis?
4). What is the "Disable" used for on the Gecko's?
5). Is it safe to use the External (PC PSU) Positive (RED) +5Vdc as the "Common" with "Step"?
6). What is the best/safest way to run the Nema 23. (4-wire setup or 6-wire setup)?

I've attached my Schematic, & a pic of my progress. (The Control box was contrusted by hand, using sheet metal.)

No, I don't think you posted to the wrong forum, but I am afraid to try to answer your questions as I used servos on my setup.
You might try looking at the white papers/manuals on geckos site as they are a wealth of information.

However, on the fuses, as a "guess" I might run some (fast blow) at 2x the rating of the motors.
The voltage rating on the 470 caps should be at least 75V or more depending on what you can get. I ran 100V and my power supply is 55V for the servos.

Your box looks good, and I "think" I see the PS fan in the upper right hand corner. Have you made plans to have an air "inlet" so the fan will exhaust the hot air and be replaced by cool air??? If not, you need to.
