I am going to use Mach2 through a single parallel port to a CNC4PC breakout board so I have 5 inputs. One is the E-stop switch leaving 4 inputs but I have 6 limit switches, one on each end of all 3 axis. The plus switches will double as home. What is the best way to combine the limit switches? Do I wire the all the minus limits to one input and use the other 3 individually for the plus/home switches? |
