linear encoder

Hi there.
im new to this forum so mybe this is wrong forum :/
ok, well im doing some homemade 3-axis CNC(no **** eh? :')) so im thinking of including some linear encoder or something like that, so the accuracy wont be the matter of mottors... there is a lot of linear encoders, but what i'm looking at is something cheap. mybe something with accuracy around 0.1 mm.

well if i wont find a cheap linear encoder, i will buy these motors

using Arduino microcontroler. So if you mybe know any cheap linear encoder, or have some experiences with it, or just comment motor and driver. Im new at cnc machining so, every coment will be more than helpful
