Hi, I was looking for a new power supply and found this one at ebay, anybody have some experience using this kind of PSU?, what do you think about it? I'll be happy to hear (read) your advice, regards http://cgi.ebay.com/ARTESYN-22911700...item230689b695 |

| You should be slightly cautious using regulated switch-mode power supplies (like that one is) to drive big inductive loads (like an electric motor). When the load returns power (like when you decelerate the motor) you run the risk of toasting the regulation hardware or smoothing capacitors, which may well not have been sized to cope with those sort of power surges. |
