Hi I've just converted my Denford Triac Mill with new steppers and breakout board and spindle drive card purchased from DIYCNC. All works well but I can't get any response from the spindle. Its a Lenze 0.75kw 180/240 volt motor being driven by a LYNX 08 drive card. And as usual when Denford made the machine in 1988 they never stuck to the colour codes in the machine manual for the wires, so not sure which wire is which. I know the card is energised through a relay on the DIYCNC spindle card and have located the wire but can't get it to pull in. Has anyone done the same conversion and can supply me the wiring connections from the DIYCNC spindle drive to the LYNX 08 unit. Many thanks in advance. Jim  |
